Meet Dr. Theo Berlingeri

Dr. Theodore Berlingeri

Dr. Theo takes a different approach to chiropractic care—one that focuses on how the brain and body work together, not just on the spine alone.

For him, this work is personal. At a young age, he saw his own mother recover from a serious spinal injury through chiropractic care. That experience shaped his perspective on health and ultimately led him to dedicate his life to helping others heal in the same way.

Before pursuing chiropractic, Dr. Theo spent two years at Ratna Ling Retreat Center in Northern California, where he studied mindfulness, meditation, and yoga while earning his 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification. This early foundation continues to influence his approach today, combining physical care with a deeper understanding of the nervous system.

He went on to earn both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2020. During his time there, he began focusing on upper cervical care and the Advanced Orthogonal technique.

After graduating, Dr. Theo trained at the Pierce Clinic of Chiropractic, where he worked closely with Dr. Stan Pierce Sr., the founder of Advanced Orthogonal. This experience allowed him to care for long-term upper cervical patients and deepen his expertise in precise, low-force adjustments.

In 2023, he expanded his neurological approach to care at The Roots Health Center in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, where he further developed his skills in Torque Release Technique and brain-based chiropractic methods.

Today, Dr. Theo brings together advanced upper cervical techniques, including Atlas Orthogonal and Torque Release with a strong focus on the nervous system. His care is gentle, precise, and tailored to each patient, with an emphasis on understanding the root cause of symptoms rather than just treating them.

Patients often appreciate not just the results they experience, but the level of attention and care they receive throughout the process.
